The 2019 ALA Board of Director's Election process begins on August 1, 2019


The 2019 ALA Board of Directors Election process begins on August 1, 2019. The two Director seats up for election this year are the North District and At-Large Office A. ALA Members who are interested in running for these seats must meet the qualifications.

As an ALA member in good standing, you may qualify to become a Candidate for the At-Large Office A seat, as it is not limited by District boundaries. If your improved Residential property is in the North District, you may qualify to become a Candidate for the North District seat in this year's election.

In order to become a candidate, you must also complete a Nomination Application Packet. Nomination Application Packets are available from August 1st - August 15th in the ALA Office, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 7 days a week. The prospective Candidate must pick up the Nomination Application Packet in person. 

Part of the application process is obtaining seven (7) signatures of Members either in your District (for the North District seat) or in any District (for the At-Large Office A seat). The application, signatures and all required Packet paperwork is due by August 15, 2019 by 5:00 pm.
