Arrowhead Lake Association is now accepting applications for seasonal positions within our Lake Safety Department. Applications will be accepted from January 15, 2025, through February 28, 2025.
We are seeking applicants for the following entry-level positions:
Marina Positions:
- Gas Dock Staff
- Shore Patrol Staff
- Boat Patrol Staff
Desirable Qualifications:
- Availability to work weekends and holidays, including Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend
- Flexibility to work nights if necessary
- Willingness to attend Spring orientation and training (date to be determined)
- Physical ability to walk up to 9 miles in a day, climb obstacles, enter and exit boats, and lift up to 100 lbs.
- Experience in interacting with groups and individuals, relaying information, and enforcing rules
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
