Arrowhead Lake Association is now accepting applications for seasonal positions within our Lake Safety Department. Applications will be accepted through  through March 17, 2025

We are seeking applicants for the following entry-level positions:

Marina Positions:

  • Gas Dock Staff
  • Shore Patrol Staff
  • Boat Patrol Staff

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Availability to work weekends and holidays, including Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend
  • Flexibility to work nights if necessary
  • Willingness to attend Spring orientation and training (date to be determined)
  • Physical ability to walk up to 9 miles in a day, climb obstacles, enter and exit boats, and lift up to 100 lbs.
  • Experience in interacting with groups and individuals, relaying information, and enforcing rules
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

In addition, we are in critical need of Seasonal Patrol Boat operators. Desirable traits are to be physically fit, mature and levelheaded with above average ability to maneuver boats and communicate in writing.

This is a perfect fit for anyone whom enjoys the excitement of helping people, giving back to the community and can work weekends and holidays in the summer. Extra consideration is given to retired peace officers and firefighters or similar backgrounds.

Job Opportunity: Maintenance Manager
 Arrowhead Lake Association – Lake Arrowhead, CA


Arrowhead Lake Association is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee infrastructure, dock maintenance, silt removal, fleet management, and equipment upkeep. This leadership role ensures the safety, functionality, and enjoyment of our lake facilities for all members.

Key Responsibilities include leading and managing the maintenance team, setting priorities and overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans for docks, buildings, vehicles, and recreational areas, overseeing maintenance projects, repairs, and fleet management, ensuring efficiency and compliance, managing budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts, and ensuring safety regulations and compliance with local standards.

Qualifications include 5+ years of maintenance management experience, preferably in a recreational or community setting, strong leadership and organizational skills. Knowledge of fleet management, equipment repair, and safety regulations, budget management and problem-solving experience, and a valid driver’s license; and ability to operate maintenance vehicles.  Preferred experience in watercraft maintenance and lake operations and relevant certifications.
