Beach Club & Park Rentals

• The 2,698 sq. ft. Clubhouse has a ceiling height of 27 ft, and a maximum occupancy of 132 seated for party's or receptions and 200 assembled for meeting’s, trainings or conferences.
• We offer a full kitchen and large buffet type serving area
• A beautiful semi-private patio overlooking the lake with stunning views.
• 155 stackable fabric covered chairs.
• 14 60” round plastic tables
• 17 6’ X 30” rectangular plastic tables.

 
Rental Details & Pricing:

• Renters must be a member of ALA in good standing.
• Rental hours are 8am—11 pm. Must  be vacated and cleaned completely by 11 pm
• Rental is for date of reservation only and does not include access to the beach.
• A $500. refundable security deposit is required to reserve the clubhouse
• Event liability insurance in the amount of $1000,000. with ALA named as additional insured. If serving Alcohol the policy must include social host insurance.
• A reservation is secured only after 50% of the rental fee is paid and the Rental Agreement has been signed
• Parking may not be available. Please make alternate  arrangements for your guests attending your event..

The Facility:
Tavern Bay Beach Club is a small beach club located on the north shore of Lake Arrowhead. A popular spot for ALA Beach Club members to relax and unwind under the warm sun while using free chase lounge chairs, taking advantage of the children's play area, or taking a dip into the bay to cool off. It's also available to rent and is a great place to have a small birthday party or a family get-together.

The Facilities:
ALA offers 2 parks to enjoy. Grass Valley Park is located in a golf course setting near Grass Valley Lake and Marina Peninsula Park, with a beautiful lakeside setting on the north shore of Lake Arrowhead close to the Marina. Both parks offer stunning views, picnic tables, children's play areas, and BBQ areas.
Members may use both parks with a General ALA Membership.

Rental Details & Pricing:

• Renters must be a member of ALA in good standing and have a least a General Membership.
• Rental Hours are 9 am - 7 pm
• Rental is for date of reservation ONLY and does not give exclusive access.
• A $250 refundable security deposit is required to reserve one of the parks.
• All fees and paperwork must be completed 30 days before to the event
• Maximum Capacity of 50 people.
• Event liability insurance for $1,000,000. with ALA named as additional insured.  If serving alcohol, the policy must include social host insurance.
• If using a bounce house, the insurance policy must also state it.
• A reservation is secured only after a deposit is paid and the Rental Agreement is  signed.
