The Results are In...

Thank you all for your votes!  The response was incredible and we are pleased to announce that all three propositions passed overwhelmingly. 
 
Proposition 1:  Approve the settlement of an election challenge. The At Large “A” Directors will split the current term.
Passed:     98% Yes      2% No
 
Proposition 2:  Change the current election schedule for seats on ALA’s Board of Directors. The election cycle will now be every two years instead of every year.
Passed:     88% Yes      12% No
  
Proposition 3:  Change the procedure for the ALA Board of Directors to fill an open seat on ALA’s Board.   The Board has the flexibility to appoint qualified ALA members to fill open Board seats without delay.
Passed:     70% Yes     30% No
